      Help me give my students books to help increase their social emotional development! Our class has 20 amazing students who come to school excited and ready to learn daily. Curriculum is every changing and as teachers, we are always looking for the best practices to teach our.   The differences among zones in terms of investment horizon, performance metrics, and operating cadence are so great that each warrants its own .

      Blue Zones is an interesting, conversational book that is a much faster read than one would guess from its + pages. It is a book that is good for beginning conversations, either internally or with others.   However, this book also goes beyond cognitive therapy concepts and adds the inspirational insights of humanistic psychology. The book concludes with a chapter on what it looks like to overcome your erroneous zones (maladaptive beliefs) and achieve self-actualization.
